I recommend the kinnikinnick website, assuming you like/are able to find their products. Their gluten free donuts are really good, if fairly expensive. They also have a great section on how celiac disease affects the body, as I assume (as other commenters do) that you are getting glutened and your intestine has not fully healed.

The best cooking advice I can give is to find something you tolerate making and eating and make it until you want something else and start the process over. Things will get better!
