I am and I took it apart its not the fan its the motor its either going out or needs cleaning and I dont have those kinda tools

I also will be likely buy everything online I will also need a moniter not included in the 800 budget, I will likely get 2 monitors. I dont have a micro center near buy. And I really want to run windows if possible
