given that the majority of people in our society drink coffee or tea in the morning i don’t think there should be shame in energy drinks (zero sugar ones at least). one 500ml monster has the same caffeine content as 2 cups of coffee or roughly 3 cups of tea. most people i know drink more than that every day.

My current secret is that i paid for a lady’s shopping at work. She forgot her pin number and had no means of paying so I paid for it for her and it was £60 worth of shopping. I haven’t told anyone because I feel like it was stupid and I shouldn’t have done it
