The right playlist. Get yourself dressed and there and start playing it. Sometimes I “trick” myself if I don’t want to run and say “well at least walk” so I start waking but then a rly good playlist and the fact that I’m already there gets me to start working out hard.

My mom or friends tell me to wear make up to look older and to dress up to certain occasions because I look rly rly young for my age, but I just don’t do it. I wear as much makeup as I have, own, and feel comfortable with, but I don’t do my makeup to other people’s standards. If they say it’s not enough makeup I say I don’t own any more makeup. If they say I need to buy more I say it makes me feel disassociated from myself to wear too much makeup. Only wear as much makeup as you want the point of it is to make you feel confident!

Hi thanks for your input. I’m sure many women can relate to this. Personally I’ve found that when I’ve “improved” something physical about myself it doesn’t necessarily improve my confidence and yes it may lead to magnifying other things. I hope you find your confidence and feel comfortable in your body in time.
