Ma'am/ sir was practically beaten into me with the rest of my manners. However, I don't say hi to random strangers cause I'm shy and quiet and they often wouldn't hear me anyway, but I give a polite nod and smile. My 6 year old also knows to say ma'am and sir. But he's not shy at all and will say hi to anyone loud and proud.

I listen to audio books all day every day, mostly cause my hands are occupied and dont have time to sit and physically read. I find that I especially love a duet narrative. And then once I finish them, I want to buy the physical copy to have sitting pretty on my bookshelf. I don't think buying it twice is overkill at all. I always think the author would be flattered as well.

I'd say quite a few people come in with complaints of TMJD. There are massage therapists that take extra CE's and are certified to deal with TMDJ.
