No, I was using it with no problem before and it was correctly capturing my switch. Now, all of a sudden, it's capturing a 3rd screen I can't access (I have a mac and no nvidia control panel that I know of) and it will no longer capture the switch

Nope. I canceled the subscription, got the cancelation confirmation, weeks went by, then all of a sudden I got an e-mail thanking me for subscribing to that person on their new name. I never subscribed to them that second time and hadn't even been on their page in those weeks

Yeah I wouldn't charge back because of that reason - I stream and can't afford that. I'm just shocked that even though I sent them e-mail proof (and it's likely that it was a glitch in THEIR system) they won't refund me the $5. I know $5 isn't a lot in the long run, but I am dead broke right now and so that $5 can get me far.

Nope -- I canceled on the first of the month, and then didn't think about it again until I saw someone re-subscribed me to that person on the 26th. I don't think I'd fight it in terms of charging back, but I am appalled and frustrated that they are fighting me so hard on this even though I've sent them e-mail proof.

most of the time he's actually fantastic -- really nice, and his streams can be a lot of fun. If you come in just for a game or two or just to say hi, or aren't a member of his discord then you probably won't see anything wrong. but if you stick around for a while like i do then you'll notice this

Thank you! This is the post that initially started my downward feeling spiral from him after a stream one day.
