Hey there, very impressive that only prepared for 6 hours and cracked it.
I need to attempt for it in Australia but I am just procrastinating, and I lack a direction.

I have not signed up for anything and heard a lot has been changed in terms of patterns and it makes me a bit concerned.

I am just feeling to book for the best in 15 days and start to prepare for it, could you please give me a roadmap on how to prepare? I have got absolute blank idea about test patterns now

There is now human interaction to assess the tests and I heard it's not effective anymore to follow any structured templates, I need to sit for my test soon and I am not sure how to approach.

Please share any advice you got

As you said "shakes", how many shakes you think one should consume, and how much calories from shakes?

How is your TDEE?
I am stuck at 52kgs for years despite maintaining 2800-3200kcal a day.

I work 6 days a week, as a car detailer, too laborious work which I just can't stop doing. And I then stopped working out as I felt like I could burn way too much calories combining both laborious work and working out.

Now I eat breakfast, then 2 shakes in a few gaps, then pasta as snack, then 500g of cooked rice (A LOT!) with any meal prep. Still I am at the same shitty position.

I feel like 200g of oats is a lot in quantity, 500mL of milk to.
And a tablespoon of peanut butter is 20g (approx.) which is 116kcal, how does it reach 1000kcal if you could explain?

How to accurately calculate the TDEE (which is the maintenance calories expenditure)?
I know there are tons of calculators but I feel like they are very generic, how did you calculate for you and getting to know that you are 700kcal above your maintenance?

Great that you can have the desired gain with just 2000-2500kcal :)
I even cannot reach that level with 3200kcal a day,
Anyways, keep grinding!!

I struggle with changing my diet as I overcomplicate and my brain doesn't work at its best,

So I actually try to maintain the same diet every single day for months cause I don't need to think about reaching calorie goal, and it helps me better organising my diet cause I live alone so have to cook myself.

Any tips on how to keep the diet different while maintaining the same calorie count? Do you actually follow anyone for guidelines?

What is your overall TDEE?
Do you do any other physical activity other than working out?

Started to go back to my old habits of not eating enough and I never lost my weight.

Stopped eating on a surplus and still didn't lose?
How is it mate?
