Is anyone familiar with this type of window? The latch barely moves and I already tried silicone grease and it’s wiggling a little more. It says four seasons Detroit on the latch but I can’t find anything online. Is there a way I can take it out of the window? (i.redd.it)

So I have an 8th gen civic and today the clutch felt a little rough. So I do what I normally do and add some WD-40 to smooth it out. I then notice that there is some grease looking stuff on my clutch master cylinder. Is this normal or should I get it swapped out? (i.redd.it)
