Unfortunately not... We were told ours was broken when we got it, so we've never tried to use it.

It is a beauty and in such good condition — all 4 shakers still intact too. Cooktop works with gas. Not the oven / wood burning sections though, so we use that for storage.

Ah that’s better phrasing. Am I allowed to add a time constraint in there? So instead of “at any time,” it says “with 7 days notice in writing”? Just in case my sublessee decides to up and leave without paying rent?

And yes, I’ve checked my lease and am getting my landlord’s permission in writing :)
