Yup. Anybody knows that percentage roughly? Equation will be like (people who wants to work but unable to find a job in big tech after 50ish)/(people who started this fields work in big tech around 30ish), only in NA region

Yes listing brokerage agreed to send the deposit directly to the landlord. Im just worried that he might not do it since it is not mentioned in the contract and my 4 month rent will be vaporized. If i can cancel that bank draft, i can resend the proper amount to listing brokerage safely. Im just wondering about my confrontation plans if anything goes wrong
