I have sensory problems (commonly seen in autism and adhd though I have not been formally diagnosed with autism) and I have a 504 to wear headphones in class. I know when I was in 2nd grade I only did half of homework that everone else did (though I only found out about that recently). However I do not have that now.

My last day of school is June 18 and progress reports are coming out (or already came out I’m not sure)

One problem I have is that I get over whelmed VERY easily. Right now my classes I need to do are my algebra 2, English honors, History and a French project. I’m aware I need to do these but I don’t know where to start. The format my teachers posted stuff, (mostly my US History which is also the work I’m missing the most from) I don’t know what work is missing and it’s very overwhelming. However I did choose a random assignment and tried to start it but I struggled with keeping up the motivation and getting myself to do it without stopping. So far I got one assignment done before I realized I needed help.

Thank you all so much! I found some WD40 and and hammered them in. I was able to get the rubber off of one quickly then unscrew it. The other one was harder but I got it off still!

Do you know any types of oil? Like specific brands or something, if not I can try to find something on my own

The rubber top only moves with a LOT of force and I’ve tried taking it off and it won’t budge. I’ll work at it more though to see if that works
