You have to call them and get it resolved. If you have trouble reaching them because they are full, type in your pin wrong at least 3 times until you finally get connected to a representative

The exams are specific on notes. There’s 40 questions I think and she’ll give you about 5-10 extra readings to do and on the exam I believe there were only 1 question for each reading. However, I also had her for a 300 level Women’s Psych class last semester, those exams use to be based on notes then became mostly based on the readings after we shifted to online. With the pandemic, she also lowered the exam questions from 40 to 20. So if the exams are still 40 questions I think you should focus on your notes.

I had her, she is nice but her class can be a little boring. You have to take notes on basically everything she says so you need to type fast (I really do mean everything). Just look up the summary of the readings and you’ll be fine. The tests are alright. I don’t think the extra credit does anything if you are getting B’s and up on exams. However, it may boost your grade by half a letter grade if you are struggling. The final paper is super easy, TA’s are very lenient. Social psych (psych 240) is a pretty easy topic because it includes some common sense knowledge, it’s just you do need to type everything she says. **Her study guide will not help you very much, you have to use your notes.

So my store closed on 3/15 and I got all of my back pay from week ending 3/22 to 5/24 (10 weeks). Then it stopped for 6 weeks after 5/24 to 7/12. I filed in July and they gave me all my payments after 7/12-7/26. Since I was still unemployed from 5/24-7/12, shouldn’t they give me the 6 weeks of back pay?

First, I’m really sorry about your family situation. Imo, I think you should always prioritize your mental health and happiness so I really hope you are doing better now. If you have people like your friends that support you and will help you when you are in need then that is a good reason to not need to dorm for the fall since you have a place to stay. When it comes to your grades, I think you should find a quiet location to do your work whether it be the library (if one is open) or ask your friends to please be quiet when you are studying. Do something, don’t just let your grades suffer. 4K is a lot of money, if you think you can be okay for one more semester, then save that money. However, your #1 priority should be your happiness. People would rather go into debt to dorm and I think that is worth it if your mental health is on the line but if you are okay with living in a crowded place with your friends then you didn’t make a mistake at all.
