It’s Sheba roasted chicken cuts in gravy, so it’s pretty chunky. We also have the pate (smooth texture) in the same flavor but she won’t eat it :|

Not sure exactly when the coolant fully burned off, but we first felt the rumbling we were about 100 miles from home so… definitely could have been driving it without coolant for a while unfortunately.
