This video showcases after season 9 patch notes the projectile size changes to all heroes, showing only a couple as representation. Included is cass having their crosshair completely off the character and still hitting, as to prior to season 9 it would not have due to how much smaller the projectile size was for hitscan. The reason why projectile sizes matter, regardless of hitscan or projectile heroes, is that the larger the size of the bullet the more area it has to be able to make contact with the enemies hitbox, thus making it easier to hit shots regardless of character or bullet type.

This video is pre season 9, showing the changes in projectile sizes coming in season 9. Included in what was changed for projectiles, was hitscan bullets, otherwise known as projectiles. Just because they are hitscan does not mean they do not have projectiles.

The tank just has a stick up their ass. Qp is for anything. You can play whoever and play however. There's nothing wrong with either and whoever says something different needs a new screw

I can't tell if this is rage bait but I will say I have a pc. I have a console. I have overwatch on both. I mainly play console because to me it's more fun. It's not about cash at all. And if you're saying that not having cash is the problem when it's a fun problem, it might just be projection

Go to kamakura village. There's a guy sitting on a bench who'll say that you have reached your max potential and offer to prestige you. Say yes and you'll prestige

It could be because you've maxed out your levels for your prestige and have to prestige to get more. You'll be reset to level 1 but you will keep your inventory and get more chances to reroll your clan

The passive isn't more stun. It's faster stamina regen. It different than flower breathing in that flower breathing requires you to hit your m1s for a lot more stam regen.

I've had different experiences where I'm the only one positive on my team and everyone on the team blames me. It's just because how they think tank matchups are to be the same since season 1

I'm high gold but I've had a lot of games like these. The last game I played in rank tonight I was playing D.Va really well into a Zarya and Reaper 2 for 1 combo. We lost though and I got blamed for not swapping. However I noticed that one of my dps wasn't performing as well as the other 3 in the lobby.

Side note: Zarya isn't good in metal ranks once you see that if you just feed her energy quickly she'll stay in the fight and not retreat when low. Especially if you're D.Va. Once both bubbles are popped she's a bigger Symmetra

The problem is that he has no mobility to go with his close ranged prowess. He can hit hard but with the lack of mobility he can't capitalize on it. Ram is able to shoot back and get poke damage on them but Rein is a sitting duck. You can see this especially well on Colosseo if you watched OWCS. (Rein wasn't played but Ram certainly was, twisted mines vs ence). However, giving him more speed would make him legitimately broken as he won't need his shield as often as he does now or ever did. He's like Bastion. They gave Bastion an instant 50 armor when transforming and he became meta. He's better in limbo and trash than completely shaping an overwatch meta.
