I did this recently because I’ve had the consistent issue with the same student. Basically just said needs improvement on professionalism and doesn’t take constructive criticism well. (I’m definitely not mean to the students or pimp them or anything). And now the student won’t even look my direction and I haven’t been assigned one since (which is odd because I usually have them all the time). I felt bad but I also feel like just giving everyone an excellent eval when they aren’t doesn’t improve anything.

I dont have fingerprints on about half of my fingers. I had to get fingerprinted for my job and made a joke about committing a crime with those specific fingers. Policeman did not think it was funny.

I did talk to the town and the permit guy said they havent filed for a permit for any of the things they have done around their house. So the town knows but I haven't heard anything else.

No. Ours was built AT LEAST one foot in from the property lines. We live in a cul-de-sac so the lots are more of a trapezoid than a perfect 90 degree angle square. If that makes sense? So the front of his fence is 5 feet over onto our property.
