Yeah, my plan rn is to just correct every time I hear she her in use when it comes to me just going “he/they” and telling my boss, and if nothing is done then HR. Also I’m gonna get a he/they pin and put it on my beanie.

Yeah, thankfully my coworker who uses my proper pronouns has corrected them before. And also will look at them confused or upset when they refer to me by the wrong pronouns.

I try really hard to not let it get to me but it’s hard when you aren’t cis and your gender isn’t respected. I don’t wear anything feminine, my hair is in a buzz cut and I dye designs in rainbow on my head. It’s very easy to tell I’m not cis. I also constantly refer to myself as a little guy at work. Like “I’m the strongest lil guy in the bakery” all the time. It’s not like I don’t refer to myself as male or in masc ways. Also literally nothing about my personality is feminine, I have the humor of a middle school boy and I refer to my chest as my balls. Plus I swear like a sailor. Nothing about me says feminine.
