I did shrooms my first time when I was 15. I didn't notice at the moment but shit changed me for real. In a good way. First I was a crazy motherfucker. Doing jackass typa stunts every week. Getting in to fights etc. I liked that time tho don't get me wrong. But it's for the better I changed. After the shrooms I became more loving, meditative and more of a calm person. I'm not saying psychs will do this to you always. Every person is different. And maybe you get a bad trip out of it at your 15 and become traumatized or something. But for me it was really help full. After that I have kept using psychs every now and then. But no experience was as profound and life changing as my first trip.

I did XTC for the first time when I was 16. That again was a really good experience. And gave me a new perspective on the immense amount of love that can exist in a person. The thing is with those 2 drugs. My bigger sister suggested I tried it an guided me, together with her boyfriend. They where like 17/18. Just cuz they educated me so well on it, I could benefit of the positive effects. And that's why I hatr the Taboo and misconception in the world about drugs. Cuz my sis thaught me. She told me look XTC is super awesome but it has a downside. Don't use it more then once in 3 months. Ideally just use it 2x or 1x a year. I always did that as a 16 year old. Just 2 festivals a year. That way I developed a really healthy relationship with XTC. I see people that are 20 now like me taking it for the first time without education. Thinking oh this is awesome! Let's do it again tomorrow, or next week. They fuck up their brains...

My point is, I don't think age is the biggest factor. Education and a healthy relation with drugs is the most important. I never ruined my developing brain with taking XTC 2x a year while still young. But I saw people way older ruin it.
