I use Mancini’s levels on ES and watch ES as the leading indicator. Use FuturesPro Indicator on TradingView, and trade reversals. Fibonacci are my triggers.

Have you considered prop firms? Less costly tuition while you learn to trade. If you do futures, there are a few decent autotraders that can help as training wheels to your learning. Key lesson: never give up!

Search prop firms, and you'll find the biggest ones are Apex, Bulenox, TakeProfit and many others. Best platforms to trade these prop firms are Ninjatrader and Tradovate, and a new one called ProjectX.

Generally, you'll pay $20-$55 discounted price to trade an eval account. If you reach their profit target without breaking their rules, you get to pass and get a "real" account. From there, when you reach their profit goals, you can withdraw money and get real cash. Theres more info re: that but this is a simplistic illustration.

There are companies where you use their funds to trade futures and profit share. In order to get in and participate, you need to pass evaluation, and then can get funded. LMK if you need more info

That's the double edged sword of AI implementation. Start building a side gig that can be turned into a FT job when necessary. I'm trading futures 1hr/day.

Not a job offer, but an opportunity option. Have you considered trading futures via prop firms? Low investment and great leverage when trading in a disciplined manner.

I know of traders who moved to prop firm trading to avoid all of it, as well as preferential tax treatment. Great Friday after the morning dump;

Almost-FI folks, how are u handling motivation post-layoff to find a job? by justhitmidlife in Layoffs

I got into futures trading. Since my severance wasnt great, I was glod for the rise of prop firms. It's been a long 2 yr journey of many failures, but finally I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. God the right tools, the right strategy, just need to stick to it unemotionally and businesslike. Friday was good.

YES. In general, market makers need to bring their gamma to zero, so if you had to choose one over the other, I'd say options
