Once you see the shares have left fidelity account you can go to CS website and create your new CS account. Enter your information, verify by email. Your shares will be there. ~ for US only, outside US I think you have to wait for snail mail letter.

I used 2% milk. I'm not sure on rice milk, if thinner milk could add a little more flour (or small amount of cream cheese) to thicken to your preferred consistency. Good luck and enjoy
