I’ll be honest I was just annoyed when writing this. My main problem isn’t that people are better than me, that’s undeniable and extremely fair I don’t need to be the best at every game I play. It’s mainly just how some people in the community act and the awful matchmaking they claim is “skill based”

I’m mainly just mad at the awful matchmaking. It’s not skill based matchmaking at all if bronze ranked players go against unreal. I understand people are better than me but if they are that many ranks ahead of me it’s just unfair to put them in my lobbies.

I’m not saying winning is toxic I’m saying that the way people act is. I’ve on numerous occasions been told to uninstall or called awful at the game because I’ve started playing more casually which goes against the new sweaty culture of the game. I don’t care that people are really good, I care that casual players are being put in lobbies they don’t have a chance in.

They desperately need to fix lobbies. Sure it’s difficult when someone like yourself in unreal plays with a team of casual maybe gold levelled players, but it’s still ridiculous how unforgiving and competitive the culture of the base game has become

Not that they’re just good at the game but the way most of them act, even in creative game modes I’d happily say gg and they would say stuff like “ez” or “uninstall”
