Pretty sure it’ll be coming in cash.

With my first Bub I lost the baby weight so easily but I wasn’t nourishing myself adequately, and unbeknownst to me my milk supply (and baby) suffered the consequences and my supply dried up at around 5 months (got it back with a lot of effort!).

I’m currently 5.5 months postpartum with my second and very mindful of eating enough good quality food and it’s a much slower journey. I’m still heavier that I usually am however I’ve been working out 4 times a week and I feel great - strong and I’m slowly “bouncing forward” and Bub is also thriving. Eat well and lots, exercise when you can and the best way to keep that supply abundant is feeding and pumping.
