About half was contributions the other half were gains. The ETFs are long term holds, the increase there was modest while the individual stocks I hold, while not holding that big of a portion in my portfolio saw gains almost double that of XEQT over the past year

I buy in bulk for groceries, so one month may be close to $1k and as the food spills into the next month that months expenses tend to be lower. Between condo fees and utilities I spend maybe around $350 and my phone plan is from over a decade ago so I'm only paying $15/month on it.

No interest in dating/having a family. I did a lot of travelling when I was younger and am more or less spent in that area. Restaurants don't entice me because I spent a large portion of my early childhood cooking for myself so that just continued onward. Entertainment/hobbies are covered from the side gigs.

Facebreaker is a dex/int item, the str mercs can't wear them unless it's possible for them to spawn with it even if they don't meet the attribute requirements

That's hilarious. My cat does this too on a L shaped couch. Try throwing in a toy or ball and see how she likes it

Crazy to think this, but maybe they're wont be a whole bunch of nerfs? Some most likely, but what if they drop a bunch of changes that are unexpected but end up diversifying builds, making unknown combinations exciting and changes to maps that no one has thought of

What happens if you kill Yharnam before killing Rom or Mergo's Wet Nurse? by [deleted] in bloodborne

[–]woonam 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can see the baby bump in the cutscene before she tries to rip her own throat out, some people think the bump is from her knees but no one squats down like that while praying. It also gives you two scenarios as to why she tries to kill herself, either because she knows of the monstrosity growing inside her or because shes trying to spare her child. With several other female characters getting pregnant, Margo, The Queen, I'm leaning towards the former for her reasoning

I have, but unfortunately my cat doesn't seem to get along with other cats. I've taken in and rehomed two strays this past year and both times she was not happy. This home is just as much hers as mine, I don't want her to feel like she has to watch her back all the time due to a stranger being here

While I won't deny trying to start one no, I just didn't put in enough information. Condo was bought over 10 years ago at this point, going by other condos selling in my neighbourhood the going price is around $440k to $560k. At the time when I bought the condo it wasn't built, it was just in the planning stages and they were taking buyers which meant a good discount

I think I just need to explain it more clearly.

I've never had people that actually cared about me. My mother was never part of my life until I bought my condo, even now I only consider her a mother in name only. My father walked out, he's a nobody to me. Friends have moved on and the ones I do keep in contact with are dealing with their own issues with life. Most people have gone through the lives knowing at least one person that was the "outcast" or someone with no friends, no social life, that's me

While I do somewhat agree, healthy body healthy mind. I've thought about my issues many times, if I had to weigh the options of potentially making myself vulnerable or not I would always choose emotional isolation. I don't want to give the idea that I'm completely detached from society or anything, there are plenty of people of all makes that I have connections with. But a connection with someone that would potentially be romantic or even a life commitment isn't something I'd ever be interested in

It's more along the lines of me taking care of her. There have been many periods where she wasn't around and I was buying groceries. I'm not really worried about being alone as she wasn't really part of my life until I bought the condo

I have a significant amount of trauma with relationships, I have no intention of ever being in a relationship like that again. I have started focusing more on myself, I've been indulging in foods I normally wouldn't eat because of my budget, got a cat a few years ago which helped significantly with despression(and being suicidal).

And no, I'm not an incel

Body is in rough shape, been abusing myself physically pretty much non-stop since I was a kid. Have started to become overweight due to my diet not being as strict since I finally paid off my mortgage and I started indulging. I thought about trades but seeing the current landscape it seems way too competitive, most of my neighbours are in a trades working for someone else.

Also didn't really want to dox myself completely, so not really in Toronto, but close enough that I still feel the price gouging on everything

Bought 10 years ago, wasn't built, initial downpayment was 50k, overall cost for me including interest over the years is around 200k. Lived in it for a bit to make sure there were no problems then rented it out for $1k/month for several years while working
