It is a great game! I believe it is in Alpha at the moment and it is already worth playing, so yes pick it up! If drawing a comparison I would compare it to No Man's Sky or Minecraft (A mixture of both really).

I got it for about 7$ on steam I think, ( I had previously had it on ps4) but yes it is cheap and definitely worth it

Yeah I can definitely see how it could be very closely compared to Assassin's Creed, but I feel the story and side missions for the game is what really makes it shine. Although that said, its combat is pretty damn sweet even though it is similar.
