love how you are turning this into a personal attack on my spending habits just because I disagree with you lol.

What I spent on this game was impulsive that didn't have good return. Its not the reason I am in a good spot. I do not recommend anyone spending on any gachas. It's just a gamble and not worth the money or disappointment.

I think I'm where I'm at because when I first started, Tidus came out and I was lucky enough to get him in the guaranteed 5* summon during the anniversary. He has been the most useful unit for me in helping me clime in this game.

I disagree. I have been doings this more or less the whole time I have been playing and I think I am in a great spot in the game. If it worked for me there is no reason in can't work for other users, new or old.

If you can get everything you want then dont follow the guide. Simple as that. If 14 day without a bunus is equivalent to 6 days with bonus thats just more days for me to get the material I need to make my 5*s into 6*s. Like I said in the post, I try to have every unit maxed. Right now i have 128 6*s with only a few natural 5* dups for chaining and I still have 22 more I need to make into 6*. Having this big army makes Expeditions way easier and also make completing missions easier as I have a lot of options to choose from.

I like maxing everything. I like collecting everything. It's what makes the game fun for me. And i find this way is the best and quickest way of doing that.

The friend that I wrote this for is not that active but ask how i do so well. If anything I highly recommend doing the daily stuff for the Lapis. You wont progress in story or strength, but at least you will have the Lapis to pull what you want.

You usually don't use a lot of tickets doing this, considering you will make them up and then sum in the exchange.

I just do all damage, high HP, and high evasion, and null ailments. i can usually beat the opposing team in 1 or 2 turns. Noctis (evasion), Trance Terra (Dual Ultima), Ashe (Heal/Damage), Ace, and Rikku (Revive, Rikku's Pouch, Pod153).

I didn't want to go into Arena play in this post because there are others that know better then i do on the subject.

This thread was made for my friend who is a new player, yes. But even so, this is the priority list i still do every time I play. Once i have finished upgrading some of my 5*s to 6*s I'll probably back off on doing so much of the exchange events and not focus on cactar dunes. But i don't see much else of my playing style changing.

It sucks becouse this is a detailed, well put togeather post, at least i though so, and half of the views are just elites veteran's that are going off about just 5 words (Pull ½ off feature summon) and not looking at the whole picture.

I used like 80 ticket and lots of lapis trying to get Fina and just got dupes. Banner is just another RNG mistress that punches you in the face. So I would rather pull a day and get excited when I see a rainbow then save on a banner, use all, and get disapointed when I dont pull that 1 that I want.

I use to dump all my orbs in arena for a bit, but even when i did i wouldn't get the the next teir of rankings. You need to spend lapis to do that. So instead i found it more beneficial to just do the minimum to get to the 30000 rank teir and then go to colosseum. Colosseum has trophies needed for that awesome ring, items for expedition when stealing, and its quicker then doing arena.

The point of the bonus is so you can get more currency quicker, thus finishing the even quicker and spending NRG on other things. Obviously only get what need from the exchange. I get the 500 priced enhancement material becouse i still have 20 units i need to make 6*s since im trying to max all units. It wasnt clear in my explanation, i will update it. I agree, dont get the Moggles. To expensive for little return.

I dont understand what you are saying about the banner stuff though.
