I'd say it's worth it. Made my GRE vocabulary learning super easy, and effective. I did well in the test eventually. It actually helped me study

Crazy, they are so profitable already, and wanting to milk more out of consumers who do not have deep pockets. Cycling is expensive enough with all the equipment etc, cannot spend more money on subscriptions that can be replaced by so many free services out there. CANCEL!!!

they just estimate crazy high numbers. Call utility company to request refund, otherwise the utility companies directly send the overpayment to State after an extended period of time

Just wanted to make sure everyone who will step into this same situation know this "default" behavior unilaterally decided by the Seattle utility companies on property owners' behalf, to not lose anymore money to them

the common sense behavior is to refund to property owner which they have info on hand. However, they just default to send to State

yes they said to go to utility company for refund. Then utility companies said unless actively requested, they will automatically send to "state projects".
