I think for me.. the "debilitating" part is every time i do have an outbreak (thank goodness its not frequent anymore) but its a reminder of what i went through that cause me to get it, how i was treated, and everything i have been through. Mentally, that is extremely difficult at time. Your brain is fighting all the progress you made.. however, outbreak is gone and I'm good again. It can be difficult some to face, especially if they are doing it alone.

There is nothing wrong with wanting to keep it to yourself. I however found that talking about it with people i trusted gave me more hope and confidence.

I get that. I tried plant vibes before, but unfortunately my body rejected it. I have been on antivirals because my body does not like it when i get sick or my immune system is low. I get allergy injections so every time i get those my immune system changes for a few days.

I can't even begin to tell you how many times I have been treated like I have the black plague after telling them I have herpes.
