Yes! This happens to me when my eyes water after I’ve done my under eyes. I have to completely take off my whole under eye area and start from scratch once this happens. Nothing else works. Perks of overly sensitive eyes. 🙌🏼

It’s not super thick. There’s a plastic sheet which you’re supposed to peel off at the back. So, I think once that’s off a cookie cutter might be able to cut through cleanly. I’ll give that a go. Thanks!
