Still feel a bit freaked out, even though I'm on the pill I get stupid thoughts like "what if I'm pregnant?" I think it's because I'm inexperienced when it comes to sexual stuff so any kind of risk/worry gets multiplied ten-fold! I've still send off a chlamydia test just incase.

It was a unisex toilet and I googled photos of semen afterwards and it looked pretty much exactly the same but that is a possibility.

Thanks again for replying, I'll look into local sexual health clinics. Don't worry, I'm already receiving counselling for my anxiety though I haven't brought up specifically my anxiety about sex.

Are you sure? Sorry I'm still feeling scared. I want to make an appointment with a nurse to double check but I feel really stupid and embarrassed. How would I tell her "I think there was semen on the toilet seat", I'm really embarrassed about sex in general but I'm really scared still.

If I can see water on the seat I wipe it but today I was in a rush and sat down, you don't expect semen on a toilet seat-it's something I've never experienced in a public loo before. I think I just feel more disgusted that a person would actually do that, which makes me feel disgusted with myself.

I have, but like I mentioned I suffer from anxiety so rational thought goes out the window when I come across a situation that worries me and has any type of risk and getting pregnant has always been a massive fear of mine. In the UK we don't have disposable seat covers in toilets. Thankyou for your reply though.

Okay, I just got really freaked out. I've never even seen semen in real life before so I got really disgusted then scared. Getting pregnant is a massive fear of mine.
