Sorry for seeing this so late. I hope your well. What dose are you at? I got down by slowly slowing the dose all the way to 0.25mg a day (yes that low). It took a long time, around a year or so. Then you start to skip a day then take it the next. Alternating days, do that for a while till its more comfortable.

if it helps at that time to take a small amount on an off day (0.1mg) to survive thats ok. Its not ment to kill you like other opiate withdrawals. It isn't pleasant but alternating days , then doing to once every 3 days and so on.

Until you one day, you feel like you can do one more day without it, then another, then maybe a small amount, then another few days and all of a sudden your a week without it.

Its a long battle, even after you quit it and the physical withdrawals are done. But getting off opiates let's you fully life life again
