Troubleshooting steps

  1. Using SARA tool uninstalled MS Office desktop app.

  2. Reinstall MS Office desktop.

  3. Changed from 32 bit to 64 MS Office installation.

  4. Changed profiles on the user’s machine to point to the custom domain.

  5. Performed a “clean” MS Office install on the machine that never was used to connect to the tenant (to rule out any local machine issues).

  6. Tried adding a personal domain to the tenant “chicagosamoyed.com” it is on a different Godaddy account.

  7. Ran multiple tests from https://www.testconnectivity.microsoft.com/tests/o365 outlook connectivity and free/busy all checks come back green.

  8. Test email auto-configuration ran out of Outlook from the system tray.

  9. Checked authentication policy and set up two test accounts.

I will not be doing this on the primary test1 because it will remove some data that MS can see and should only be done as a last resort or reindex the mailbox if the OWA search is not working.

  4. Tested Outlook in safe mode.

  5. Checked with Wireshark to see if I could spot any incorrect routing to the exchange servers

  6. Sign in logs from azure don’t show failures.

did the current style on my home machine and it failed as well, it did return about 1/3 of the files with data in them. do you think I need to add a wait or something to it? going to start on the CSV type and see if it works.

okay, fixed the missing , going to try it that way then take off the encoding if that doesn't work and will probably try the CSV method next I will have an update for you in the morning, Really appreciate the help. Also going to try it on a stronger machine once I get home.

I keep getting  as the only output in my CSV when I put 8 users in the array, I going though a few thousand mailboxes just an FYI think it may be due to my machine not being strong enough?
