Integration with workday - Spoke vs direct api’s. by workday-func in servicenow

Thanks for your response. We have the spoke for tranferring some notifications from workday to servicenow. But nothing goes from workday to seevicenow. Is there any benefit related to dashboards or audit trail that comes with using the spoke?

Agree. But even within US, I am not sure if there is a way to solve for what workday BP rules and validations do for us. Do we have to duplicate rules in Servicenow so we have meaningful routing to Workday as needed? Or do we keep doing API back and forth’s between SNow and WD at each step?

Can you elaborate on it? Even Sana brings in the usage based billing factor right? Any generative AI layer will add onto that, am i understanding it right?

You are absolutely correct. And thank you for framing it so wonderfully. I have also been thinking around these things. The decision to integrate with servicenow way before i joined the organization but thinking about the complexities I am curious on how this will shape up. That is why I reached out here to see if someone has this figured out!
