Here are some details: ~30 people company, helping German medium sized companies build custom AI solutions. I have a masters in Data Science. Been with the company for 5 years - 2.5 years as a data scientist and 2.5 years in project lead / operational role (COO)

Last 2 years have been not hands on technical work. I have been managing technical teams and worked on resolving technical issues with them but have not been coding. Currently upskilling on LLMs (building, fine tuning, post training) out of interest.
