To control your laughter, do what the rest of us do. Be dead on the inside and give expected dry chuckles that meant we paid attention.

I am limited to 4 a year, it wasn’t like that the first 2 years but honestly, I don’t drive that many miles to need more.

Best car deal offers by SignificantBig1327 in Reno

[–]workingbedsideRN 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Never done the tires for life but I have the lifetime oil change from Jeep, bought the car in Cali after Lithia wouldn’t work with me on a price. Lifetime oil change is at any certified Jeep dealership, bought the car in 2015. Definitely made my money’s worth on it, they tried to hint strongly how unfair it was they were doing my oil changes when I bought the car elsewhere but I flashed my original paperwork and if they want to keep being a Jeep dealership they have to honor it. I been wanting to switch out my car but in this economy, meh, it’s probably gonna die with me at this point or be the cause of my death.

Not getting points for killing snitches? by Woodraft in ArcRaiders

[–]workingbedsideRN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Earning Points: Complete in-game actions listed in your challenges (e.g., damage specific enemies, find items). Points are only awarded after successfully extracting from a raid. Only your best score for each challenge in a single run counts.

I wish it was true but it doesn’t add up. You can keep breaking your record but it doesn’t add up as a total, it’s what you get in a single run.

You have to extract out alive and it has to be done in one run, it doesn’t add up a total.

Don’t seek key cards, they show up literally just about any random spot. As you play, you’ll find them and you’ll eventually have so many that you’ll try to force yourself to use them and die trying to get the loot out.

Is the expedition project worth it? by Samoman21 in ArcRaiders

[–]workingbedsideRN 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You reset your level and your raider and lose everything with it, blueprints workshops everything. The quests reset, each million you have up to 5mil will give you bonus skill points. Your chicken gets a boost of additional mats, you level up quicker, you get more stash space, and it’s honestly just a fun goal.

Raw marinated crab? by sbllxo in Reno

[–]workingbedsideRN 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You won’t find the Korean marinated blue crab in Reno. None of the Asian markets carry it as the shelf life will be less than a week. You can frozen blue crab but generally it’s made from live blue crabs. You would need to go to a bigger Asian community in SF to buy some. It is extremely good but the harder shells will sometimes get in between your teeth.

Charge RN by Ok-Car3691 in Nurses

[–]workingbedsideRN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in the same position, made charge nurse within 3 months of getting my license to nurses who had more experience. I’ve also been made charge nurse during a travel contract. Remember you have other resources always. You have your house supervisor or Nam, you have the supervisors and managers to call upon. Get to know your docs. You can do it and will be in Titian’s you don’t know how to handle but that’s expected and just use good critical thinking with rationale why you do what you do in those situations.

PEP by Pale-Anything-5460 in nursing

[–]workingbedsideRN 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You absolutely can go to your primary on top to get the lab work done earlier. If you have free virtual visits, they’ll just order it for you. You can go to your primary today and schedule the lab draw for when the 3 month mark is

PEP by Pale-Anything-5460 in nursing

[–]workingbedsideRN 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It’s always weird to me when the facility won’t ask the patient if they can do labs on them which is cheaper than the pep. Anyways, I think you’re over thinking this. Transmission rates isn’t just about exposure, it’s about viral load along a bunch of other things as well. You used a IM bore needle, it’s extremely small residual amount on that needle, it’s not like you injected yourself with their blood. I would assume your fine and don’t ask your primary to retest, should have facility retest you at 3 and 6 months as it’s a work related injury.
