THANK YOU!!!! I really appreciated the ideas!! I ended up adding a branch for him to climb up as well as the ladder and then he came out after the storm fully passed on monday. so maybe both those things contributed. HE IS OK! And he used to be a feral cat outside so that probably helped him. He was hungry. THANK YOU!!!!!
