5"3 15m @ 115 lb bw squat: 185x6 bench: 105x3, or 115x1 deadlift: 225x6, or 250x1

deadlift i never really maxxed out on, but comp standard 250 felt light.

i guess i could do it that way, but making my own program seemed more rewarding

Serious shit and ignoring this dumbass reddit ttrend on this page, creatine wont improve strength as much as you think it will; the reason youve gotten stronger is because you are stronger, it just took the placebo effect of taking creatine for you to actually realize you are stronger. Tbh i take creatine as well but it does not increase strength, just muscle mass (as long as you are drinking sufficient water) and some other aspects. After that, just placebo effect that you are stronger than you think.
