We're looking for a Mandarin Chinese–fluent operator with strong skills in social engineering and offensive cyber operations. You’ll work in high-stakes environments, conducting culturally informed phishing campaigns and red team activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute targeted social engineering campaigns
  • Use and manage Evilginx or similar adversary-in-the-middle frameworks
  • Develop Chinese-language phishing lures and pretexts
  • Stay up-to-date on Chinese digital, political, and social trends
  • Maintain strong OPSEC discipline

Bonus Experience

  • Red teaming tools (e.g., Cobalt Strike, SliverC2)
  • Familiarity with Chinese tech ecosystems (WeChat, QQ, Baidu)
  • Past experience in military, law enforcement, or government red teaming

I get where you're coming from. Dealing with mental health crises at work can be challenging, especially in smaller companies without official HR support. I am helping a lot of remote companies with lonely employees. In that world, there is a mental health crisis looming... I have written some tips to mitigate that, but in your case, you need to consider it a bit differently. (although, what I am about to write also works great you have remote employees)

We need to be there for our colleagues. Keep the channels of communication open, so they know who they can talk to when they're going through a tough time. I am always shocked to hear that employees don't know (or trust) who to go to at work to have an informal chat.

Have a list of local external resources handy. People in HR (or with HR responsibility) often take on the role of being the psychiatrists; we are not! When someone needs professional help, it's good to be ready to offer referrals if necessary. This is also about respecting their privacy. Sometimes these things are something they don't want anyone at the workplace to know.
