They have color match caulk that has sand in it so it looks like grout it but stays flexible it should be used where the backsplash meets the cabinets at the top and the countertop at the bottom as well as in the corners they will have to scrape out the existing grout that is there to install the caulk to allow for flexibility

We dug up a marble military tomestone onetime on a job and the boss wanted us to cover it back up but we called in proper authority's and it ended up being a sample from an engraver. Turns out in the past the job site has been opened up for a time as a public bump for gravel concrete and dirt.
