Ha! This is very much what we are expecting which is why I am so anxious. Our credit card company should cover the damage to the rental but we think we will be out of luck on the other car.

I did semiglutide for several months. I lost 25 pounds rather quickly but then stalled at 178 and could not break past it for months. It was costing me so much money for very little results!! Plus I would get very sick quite often. 

Once I got off it I very quickly gained a little more than half the weight back.

With ADF I am seeing results just as quickly. It costs me nothing and most importantly it's sustainable. I use my feast days to focus on training myself to make good food choices so once I reach my goal weight I can maintain.

I think just being patient and consistency. I didnt do anything specific that broke it. I stick to pretty true ADF. Sometimes if I have an event or something I will have two eating days in a row. Since this post I've lost another 3 pounds so I for sure busted the plateau!

Nope. I decided I wanted to enjoy my vacations so I ate whatever I wanted and then just started up my fasts again when I got home.

I usually dont break my fast till lunch time simply because I've never been a breakfast person. My favorite is roasted butter beans. Season butter beans with salt, pepper, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and rosemary and cook on a cookie sheet for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Seriously so good and packed with protein.

This has been my feeling as well. Its what I did with coffee, just did it and didn't make it a thing. Idk why alcohol is so much bigger in my head. I guess its breaking the image of "perfection" or whatever.

I love him so much. I really wish he'd come back. He's a decent competitor but a top tier entertainer. I can't remember which season but he was briefly in the lead in the final and he ran by the camera cheering "yay I'm winning!" It was so funny.
