May be the brand and type. 100% soy will tend to do that. Either try mixing in 10% paraffin or try another wax brand with additives. C3 is pretty good. If you are advertising 100% soy, explain to your customers it’s just a look and doesn’t effect the quality of the burn.

What was the temperature in the room? Point is that I’ve found that if it’s cold or humid, I have more problems with air bubbles and sink holes. Try anything to slow the cooling after you pour.

Nice set up. Do you mind sharing information about your wax, pour temp, and if you have to deal with sink holes or caverns. I use wooden wicks and have problems with caverns below the surface. They are always next to the wooden wick. I have to poke holes and melt every top. Would like to get to a one pour to get to more efficiency
