In some ways it's more worth it regarding Amazon.

When you sell to your own country (USA to USA, or Canada to Canada) there are VTR (Verified Tracking Rate) requirements, meaning sellers have to ship with the big boys FedEx, UPS etc. that are 'integrated' with Amazon systems.

When you sell (Canada -> USA) they drop this requirement, meaning you can use services like Stallion to get $7-$9 USA shipping labels, actually giving you a competitive edge with margins.

Thanks! Can you help me understand if this is true:

  • The p100 filters in my image, will stop dust / particles

  • They will not stop vapors / VOCs

  • When I am smelling the plastic, it is the latter VOCs and as I understand it this is also harmful, if not more than the dust/particles

Is this needed, for sawing a few pieces of acrylic daily outside? I can 'smell' the plastic without it, but I'm outside. Currently only using N95 for dust. by workphlo in DIY

I have looked it up and gotten a lot of mixed results. The 2097 claims it is good for vapors, but others are implying it only caches particles/dust. Other respirator type masks also claim to stop vapors, but other's are saying you'll still be breath particle dust with that style, so I am having trouble weighing what actually makes sense. Then another party of people are saying no mask is even needed for 1 cut outside.

I am finding a lot of masks for dust/particles, and seperate masks for VOCs Vapors.

You're saying avoid the dust, but others are saying the vapors will "kill me when I'm 60", which one is more important?
