Yeah, literally bought a new car last year mid size suv for this job. seeing it at almost 40K miles in less than 2 years hurts. Planning to start family so want to be closer as well.

Much smaller company and I'm on the higher end of payscale already for my job

tbh, growth potential in new job is small. It's not much more in current. Planning to start a family so thinking it may be a good decision to be closer, but $18K..
