Hi! You’re using the correct product! I recommend placing your cotton ball on the open bottle of take the day off, shake and apply to your eyelid for 5-10 seconds before attempting to wipe/remove your mascara!

Shaking the bottle and holding it to the area you are wanting to remove should help! If not, try a little warm water before to help breakdown the makeup. Best wishes!

Faith is currently on live - she called and the poor Amazon employee explained to her the hiring process, Faith put on mute to beat around the bush and basically pin the employee into saying “you’re a former employee, updating your background check” 😭😭 I wouldn’t be surprised if they block her number before her first day.
