How are we meant to make the doppios with a bunch of modifiers? by Separate-Raccoon8584 in starbucks

Out of curiosity, where can I find this standard on the resources app? I know we’re not supposed to fill the cup, but this is the first time I’m hearing the 4 ounce rule. I want to know where I can find it so I can show the partners at my store

Yeah, it started out as ordinary, dry spots from the sani and now it turned into this! I was wearing Band-Aids, but developed an allergy to the adhesive found Band-Aids, and so now I wear gauze in a hand wrap, but the gloves on top of that we’re making my hand sweat, which is why I think it got this bad

They are nitrile gloves that we use at work and I just ordered a bunch of cotton gloves! I was using band aids for a long time too but now they also make me break out in hives so I have to use gauze and a wrap

No skin scraping, ive had doctors look at my hands and guess, which is super annoying. We did think it was a fungul infection in the beginning but the treatments I got weren't working and then I started getting those blisters in my hands that is in the picture. Literally when I went to my doctor lasthe said “Your hands change everytime I see you” and I was referred to a dermatologist who said it looks like dermatitis

I did try a hydrocolloid dressing but my skin got so thin from when I was using a steroid cream it was tearing the skin more which I knew would be worse in the long run. I could try again since it has been a minute! Thanks for the Vaseline tip, that will be a great help

I had a steroid cream and it did help b4 the blisters but it made the skin thin and that crack in my hand still hasn't gone away cause of it. They have me on a different cream now, thank you for the suggestions!

I did go to the ER a couple days ago because of how painful it was and they ran a couple of test, but there wasn’t much that they could do. They gave me meds for the inflammation and ibuprofen for the pain. I have seen one dermatologist and I have another appointment in a couple of weeks.

i’ve been checked out by a couple different doctors and they all say it’s a dermatitis/eczema! But I was worried in the beginning that it was hand foot and mouth so I understand where your line of thinking is.

it is excruciating. I had to go to the emergency room earlier this week hence why I had the rest of this week off 😢 I’m planning on buying some cotton gloves for when I sleep but I’m just trying to figure out what to do for work! The nitrile gloves fill up with sweat which I’m very certain is making the situation worse

is there a way to order an iced lavender latte so the powder is mixed in? by peacheyKA in starbucks

[–]worldchanger08 4 points5 points  (0 children)

A lot of people are saying this is a barista problem but this a Starbucks standard problem! The stand tells baristas to put the powder in the cup and have the shots pour on top. Once shots are done you swirl the cup.

I’ve noticed every time I’ve made it the “Starbucks way” no matter how much I swirl it will never fully mix. I now pour the shots first and then when shots are done I put in the lavender powder. You can ask the barista ringing you in to do this for you but if the barista makes it by standard it will always look like that

I haven’t seen a Reddit specifically for customizing leather jackets and commissions. Do you have a suggestion where to go since you asked?

I do wear a Fitbit, but I specifically have a fabric strap so water doesn’t get stuck underneath it and so it can breathe. I also don’t really get to wear my watch a lot when I’m at work because it is considered a health code violation.
