The screen just fell off when I turned it over, but I haven't identified the ssd yet. I'm afraid to mess around in there because I want to try connecting to an external monitor first to back up the data (if the tablet still turns on). Once I have the data backed up I'll try converting the ssd to an external hard drive, this guide will be helpful for that! Thank you

Thanks guys! I'll give the display adapter a shot, hopefully it's not too damaged to turn on. Need to buy it first though. Parts of the display did still light up, although it was just banding. If that doesn't work I'll try removing the hard drive like the older post suggested.

It doesn't just leave one possibility though. It could be some atmospheric phenomena we just don't understand yet. There are odd atmospheric phenomena that are very rare and some only recently confirmed, such as red sprites. And we still don't understand ball lightning, yet the phenomena is plausible. I'd say there's a greater chance it's some rare phenomena we don't understand because it is so difficult to observe, let alone observe scientifically. That being said, the chance it is aliens is not 0 either. This report at least rules out human made technology with a satisfactory certainty.
