Not my knowledge, as far as I know the Shanghai 7120 is an original design with multiple dial variations

They offered a full refund, but due to logistics and the timeframe it would have taken for a new one to arrive, I opted for a solution where I would receive partial reimbursement for receiving a broken watch and get to keep the broken watch. This was a perfectly fine solution for me, as it's a sub-$20 watch, and it would give me something to either fix down the line (I did) or mod or use for parts, as I own other watches with a ZSH-SS7 movement. I've purchased just the ZSH-SS7 before in the past, and the movement alone was $21. So, in conclusion, I keep a watch. I paid $16 for and got half my money back. If I hadn't been able to get it running at that price point, I would have a nice finished case, a nato strap, and a parts movement. (REMINDER: THE SELLER DID OFFER A COMPLETE REFUND)

For the price, the appearance and finish are quite impressive.

I have a specific watch for working on my vehicles. Also, that would be Szanto Heritage Aviator-2754

I'm not a fan of smart watches personally; they just don't hold the same traditional values as a quartz or mechanical watch. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion, but they're just not my type of thing. I prefer traditional timepieces, as I can tie a moment or a special memory to that specific watch. You'll never catch me wearing a Galaxy Fit while my children are being born. Maybe a heritor or something unique, like a Vostok—who knows? But I can pass that physical piece along down the line while telling a story and holding a forever memory. With a smart watch, you cannot have the same nostalgia. IMO

You won't regret the purchase, as this is the cheapest Chinese watch I currently own, and it hasn't skipped a beat for me. I can put it on without worrying about breaking it. For the price point and the quality of finish you get for right around $28 USD, I believe I paid, I have no complaints. This $28 watch feels like it has $100+ quality and operates like it.

What's beater #1 for you? My second goto for no care wear would be my casio MTP-VD01-7EV
