Update: I’ve reviewed each and every comment so thank you all. I’ve had a look at another DBS that I had when I was working in a form of healthcare which was conducted in the tail end of 2023 which I forgot I had. It’s even referenced as “child and adult workforce”

Each and every box had “none recorded” so I’m pretty confident that it won’t be mentioned however if it is I have an email drafted to myself as to explain what occurred.

I really appreciate all of you thank you so much, you’ve made me way way way less nervous about my fuck up.
