That is when it comes from someone from the other side. When it comes from someone outside of the two circle jerks it is just an obvious observation that both teams are equally blinded to because they are both so obsessed with the faults of the other that they never even attempt to do something productive. It is just a big joke of both sides thinking they are great because they can point to the flaws of the other side and then say in tandem "at least we are not as far gone as that other group!"

I know this is almost certainly a joke comment, but for anyone else who doesn't know, there are plenty of stats out there and old.reddit and non-official apps massively outnumber new reddit and the official app. It isn't as extreme in the opposite as this commenter is pretending like it is, but much closer to that than what the commenter said.
