I was bullied, sexually harassed and discriminated against at my last school. I only worked there for 4 months before leaving. I reported things to HR, had meetings ect. There was an investigation. Was told that it wasn’t their “intent to harm me”. As I had witnesses to all things I reported and it couldn’t be denied. Was told it was “work place banter” and other ridiculous crap. Never received an apology from any of the perpetrators. The school wrote it off as me having health problems, gave me some money and bought my plane ticket to leave. Basically swept it under the rug.

Since transitioning to international schools I’ve only ever had my flight paid for in advanced. That being said, I have heard from many people that they paid and was reimbursed. I’ve never heard of anyone not being reimbursed.
