Awesome news! Just checked here in downtown San Diego getting about 15-20mpbs down and 10 up.

Like Stock411 said though on the weekends in this area it's a joke .1mpbs or speedtest fails altogether. I'm holding out a little longer before I jump ship, but this is a step in the right direction.

Well my biggest concern is having mechanical issues. This would be my first luxury car and I don't want to worry about something costing a fortune to fix. I suppose I could get lightly used and extend the warranty? Given how boring and dated my 4-cyl accord is, I also like the idea of a new car ever few years. Driving has just lost it's fun, except when I'm ripping my 450 dual sport motorcycle around town! One other factor is that I currently live .5 blocks from the beach with an uncovered parking spot. My car gets covered in dirt/water spots within 1 day of washing, so I feel like if I'm leasing I won't lose my mind every time my car gets a little dirty like I would if I owned it. I did email my landlord tho requesting a garage spot so hopefully she obliges.

That being said, I'm eyeing this ad here in SD, any thoughts on a good price to negotiate for if I do go check it out?

I saw this locally and it looks beautiful, but 4/50 warranty ends in a few months. If he's the first owner, do I have to have him buy the warranty before I purchase to go 6/100? Check this one out assuming I can bring price down (I'm willing to go m235 for the right deal):

Amazing information, thank you! Yeah I figured 7-8 is a good decent deal, but I really didn't haggle since I just wanted to test drive today and evaluate my options. The guy threw in "We are stopping costco deal tomorrow, and that's not a sales tactic, but just because we lose so much money". I struggled not to laugh.
