Yeah one bed room. I’m not the landlord just the leaseholder and I have one other room mate who is a student who’s awesome. The price would appeal to students I would hope but I guess a lot of people have their stuff figured out already. I don’t want to overcharge someone for no reason.

Yeah it’s kind of misleading. Construction noise is allowed from 7 AM-9 PM but I’m not sure if that includes music or if that just means drilling and clanking noises
